Terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Adi Anafy Tusia-Cohen ("we", "us"), the maker of the Jessy will order app ("Jessy"). By using Jessy you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. What Jessy does
Jessy helps you reorder things you buy again and again. It reminds you before each order, opens the shop's website inside the app, and adds the products you chose to your cart. Jessy never places or pays for an order. You check the cart and pay yourself, on the shop's own page. Every order is between you and the shop.
2. Who can use Jessy
You must be 18 or older and able to make purchases in your own name.
3. Shops and other websites
Jessy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wolt, Shufersal or any other shop. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe where your products come from. When you use a shop through Jessy, you use your own account there, and that shop's terms apply. You're responsible for following them. We're not responsible for the shops' products, prices, availability, delivery, refunds or service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check every order before you pay: the products, quantities, prices, fees and delivery details. Shops change their websites, so Jessy may sometimes add the wrong item or quantity, or nothing at all.
- Keep your details in Jessy correct, and keep your phone and shop accounts secure.
- Use Jessy only for your own lawful, personal shopping. Don't use it to overload, copy or interfere with any shop or with Jessy.
5. Reminders and price alerts
Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings and on the phone being on. Price alerts are based on the public price on the shop's website when we check it, and can be late, missed or wrong. The price in your cart when you pay is what counts. Please don't rely on Jessy alone for anything urgent, such as medicine.
6. Price
Jessy is free right now. If we add paid features, we'll show the price clearly before you buy, payment will go through Apple or Google, and you'll always choose whether to pay.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Jessy running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work with every shop. We may change, add or remove features, and may stop offering Jessy, with notice in the app when we reasonably can.
8. Responsibility
Jessy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for orders you placed or didn't place, for charges by shops, or for problems caused by shops' websites, your device or your internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under Israeli law.
9. Ending
You can stop using Jessy at any time and delete your data in the app (Account → Delete my data). We may suspend access if Jessy is used in breach of these terms.
10. App stores
If you got Jessy from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Jessy or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal or consumer protection claims, or third-party intellectual property claims). If Jessy fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you're not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo, or on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Google Play's terms apply in the same way to Google Play downloads.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using Jessy after that, the updated terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Israel. This doesn't take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
